Ventoux Sport Karate Holds Successful Training Camp in Sète

– Summer break is officially over for Ventoux Sport Karate’s practitioners, who gathered in Sète on July 29.
– Eleven members focused on enhancing their techniques and explosiveness under the guidance of Sabrina and Jessica Buil, both accomplished champions in karate.
– The annual camp attracted over 100 karatekas from across France, including junior team members from the French national team.
– According to the club’s trainer, Christian Dianoux, the camp fostered a great atmosphere of budo sharing, even amidst the heat, with engaging sessions focusing on the gojojosho kata.
– Participants enjoyed accommodations with a pool to aid in recovery between training sessions.
– Team-building activities included a group meal and water sports, where participants practiced kata on paddleboards.
– Special thanks were given to the support team, composed of parents, for their invaluable contributions.
– Following this training camp, the club is gearing up for an expert training session featuring notable instructors, Dominique Valéra and Jean-Pierre Lavorato, on December 15 at the Guy Pecoul dojo.
