Kadyrov invited Musk to visit Russia and indicated plans to deploy the Cybertruck to the front lines of the Ukraine conflict, praising its capabilities for military use. Kadyrov, in power for 17 years, is a strong supporter of President Putin and has contributed troops to the Ukraine war effort.
