Elon Musk’s Tesla is hiring to support its humanoid Optimus robot project, with compensation ranging from $25.25 (₹2,120) to $48 (₹4,028) per hour. Employees will gather data for AI training, requiring them to wear motion-capture suits and VR headsets while performing specific movements. Key job details include:

– **Role Requirements**: Strong motivation, adaptability, enthusiasm for robotics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
– **Duties**: Collect data, perform movements, manage recording devices, troubleshoot minor issues, analyze data, and maintain equipment.
– **Shifts**: Three 8.5-hour shifts available (8 AM-4:30 PM, 4 PM-12:30 AM, or 12 AM-8:30 AM).

Tesla’s Optimus initiative began in 2021, aimed at automating dangerous and monotonous factory tasks. With robot shipments expected to grow significantly by 2030, this role is crucial for advancing Tesla’s automation goals.
