### National Veterans Golden Age Games

**”Fitness for Life” Mission**:
Established in 1985, the National Veterans Golden Age Games (NVGAG) caters to Veterans aged 55 and over. Its motto, “Fitness for Life,” promotes sports competitions and health education to encourage active, healthy lifestyles among Veterans. NVGAG is also a qualifying event for the National Senior Games.

**NVGAG Rulebook**:
The NVGAG Rulebook outlines the qualifying procedures and competition rules, based on guidelines from the relevant National Governing Bodies (NGB) for each sport. It allows modifications to ensure the best interests of the athletes.
