Elon Musk’s Poll: Trump vs. Harris for U.S. Presidency

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, conducted an ‘unscientific’ poll on X, asking followers whom they preferred for the next U.S. President—Kamala Harris or Donald Trump. Despite its informal nature, Musk proceeded due to popular demand.

– The poll attracted over 3.4 million votes: 75.2% chose Trump, while 24.8% preferred Harris.
– The post reached 28.8 million views and was shared around 74,000 times.
– Some users expressed a desire for additional candidates, like Robert F. Kennedy, while others commented on Trump’s perceived threats to democracy.

A Roanoke College poll revealed a close race, showing Harris with 47% and Trump at 44%, indicating a competitive election ahead.

Last week, Musk interviewed Trump on Spaces, where Trump criticized Harris regarding immigration issues, claiming the Biden administration had failed to control the border effectively.
